You can begin using your Paycashless account in testing environments as soon as you create it. Within the test environment, you can simulate all of Paycashless’ features without moving real money. To accept live payments, you need to first submit compliance and complete the KYB process. If you have not created a Paycashless account yet, click here to begin.

Registering an account

Navigate to the registration page and enter your business details Paycashless registration page

Submitting compliance

To submit compliance, click on the “Finish compliance” button on the top navigation to navigate to the compliance page Paycashless dashboard page To complete compliance, you will be required to provide the following KYB information
We require the following general information about your business entity:
  • Business legal name
  • CAC registration number
  • Date of incorporation
  • Tax ID
  • Business phone number
  • Address & Proof of address
We need the following identity information on at least two owners (Shareholders or Directors) for each business
  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Personal ID
  • Address & Proof of address
  • Certificate of business registration
  • Business registration status report
  • Memart
  • Return of allotment (optional)
We also require some extra information for us to know more about your business
  • Trading name
  • Industry type
  • Social media handles (optional)

Add a settlement account

Send an email to hi@paycashless.com to set a settlement bank account where all you collected payments can automatically be settled to.
